Geology and Mineral Deposits of the
Grenville Province
The SEG London Student Chapter is organizing
a one-day short course at the University of
Western Ontario to be held one day prior to
the PDAC on Friday, March 4, 2005.
Talks will focus on: 1) the Rodinian
Supercontinent; 2) overviews on Grenville
metallogeny; 3) specific deposit types
including base metals, lode Au, anorthosite
associated Ni-Cu-Co, Fe-Ti, and IOCG,
industrial minerals and gems/diamonds. Those
from industry, government and academia are
all invited to attend.
